All sales can be done on this bigcartel site or over the phone. For number please inquire.
All custom order sales are final. To make a custom order we need your measurements and payment. It currently takes 4 months to produce a custom order- production time does not begin until we have your payment and measurements.
All stock items ship within 10 business days. If you are between sizes- we can alter any stock item this takes 4 weeks.
We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If this happens and payment has already been made you will receive a refund the same way you paid.
We do not accept refunds on any custom items. We do take exchange on altered stock items.
